Cannon & Cannon Properties has grown a lot in the past few years and we know it is hard for a lot of new clients to go back through our blogs so we wanted to give you a quick update about Cannon & Cannon Properties.
The owners are Angela and Steve Cannon. Angela has been in the real estate business for over six years and Steve and Angie have owned and operated Cannon & Cannon Properties for three years. Angela also has a degree in Dental Hygiene and manages a dental office. Steven works in fiber optics as well as service in the military for 23 years. Steve ranks as Master Seargent where he still proudly serves our great country, making our company a veteran owned business.
The couple have four grown daughters ranging from age 21 to 30. No grandkids yet, but hopefully in the future. They have helped three of their daughters become first time home buyers so helping first time home buyers is something Cannon & Cannon Properties is knowledgeable and passionate about.
Cannon & Cannon Properties have helped many first time homebuyers with loans such as USDA, FHA and first time home buyers program. They have helped Veterans sell and and purchase homes with VA loans. They have helped many other clients with conventional loans and cash sales. They have helped owners buy and sell commercial property, land sales and investment properties. The couple is very knowledgeable in all areas of Real Estate selling and buying.
Steven and Angela are very active in the community often volunteering with veterans, special needs, backpack program and other local charities. They care about the community and the people living in our community which is one of the reasons they are passionate about real estate, they get to help others.
